Dear Other Users of the Superun AS02 Treadmill, when setting up your new AS02 Treadmill, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED FOR TIGHTENING THE HANDRAILS ARE **WRONG**. The stickers/labels that are stuck to/applied onto your treadmill, down near the actual Allen wrench holes that you will need to tighten are WRONG. The left side of the stickers shows an image that indicates you need to turn to the left to loosen and the right side of the stickers/labels state that you need to turn clockwise/to the right the right to loosen. These two instructions are on both labels of the treadmill and located down near the holes that you need to insert the short Allen wrench into to tighten. The instructions on these labels/stickers 100% countradict each other and are WRONG. After many phone calls to customer service and watching a video they provided as guidance, I have finally figured out what you need to do and am therefore sharing these instructions to help anyone else that purchases this treadmill.
THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1) You will be using the short side of the Allen wrench tool.
2) Insert the short Allen wrench tool into one of the holes to be tightened.
3) Turn the Allen wrench tool to the left until you see/hear a “pop” this will disengage the nut/bolt.
4) Now turn the Allen wrench tool to the right/clockwise to tighten until you cannot tighten any more.
5) Move to the other side and repeat.
6) You will now need to go back to the first side that you already tightened and retighten it because when you “popped” the first side, it loosens both sides. Just be sure you have re-tightened both sides.
7) ENJOY your new treadmill. It is a beautiful treadmill, and I can’t wait to use finally use it safely without the handrails collapsing onto me! 😊

This is my second walking pad. My first one the screen went out. Customer Service was very helpful and even gave me a refund. So with that I bought a new and improved walking pad of the same brand. The model Ultra smart walking pad with remote 5mph is amazing and easy to use.

These treadmills are amazing and for the price they come in they are really hard to beat. Also rest assured if anything happens to these treadmills there warranty on them is legit . There customer service was amazing on fixing any issues I had so I wouldn’t have to worry at all.. That piece of mind is why I highly recommend these treadmills for anyone.
We just got the ct04 and like it. Built well, not too bulky, works as advertised with one exception, can’t get the WiFi to connect.
Nice treadmill I paid the extra $20 to have it delivered in 3 days ha ha not true did not receive treadmill until 6 days that is business days
Remote replacement functions like the prior remote and looks the same too, which helped users in the same household refamilizarize quickly - thank yoi to customer service team for the prompt follow-ups when I reached out on a 17-day old order. Only minor setback was getting the remote to connect with the walkpad took longer than expected (expectation was ×30-60 seconds for connecting, actual result was ~5min).
I got this treadmill about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It was easy to assemble and been using it to stay active while in meetings at work (home office) and it’s been absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for me :)

I lost the remote that came with the treadmill. Was so glad there was an option to purchase a replacement
I’m impressed with both the quality of the machines and the customer service from this brand. The walking pad works great and it’s a solid value for the price. The warranty is a huge plus, I made the mistake of adjusting the belt too much and ended up damaging it, luckily their customer service team was always responsive and helpful, and i ended up getting a replacement machine within a week! they made the whole experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend :)
I ordered the BA04 walking pad. It arrived very quickly and in good condition. I have used it a little and love it. I will use it more as winter moves in. It is very quiet and compact.
I purchased this to use for my work-from-home job with my standing desk. It is very sturdy without being too heavy. I can easily move it in front of my TV to watch my favorite shows while I walk. The noise level is low and I am very happy with the speed options and functions. Overall, it was a great purchase and I’m really happy!

I’ve had it for seven days now and used it almost everyday. It takes some getting used to since there is no support, so I recommend that beginners start slow and work their way up with the speed. It’s helped me with my morning fasted cardio and getting my steps in for the day. I’ll update my review after a few months to advise how it holds up.
This was such an amazing addition t add as part of my health journey. Smooth walking surface, quite motor and so much virtual support with the PitPat app and challenges! Definitely loving it.
