I did not receive the correct remote that I selected and have not heard back from customer service about getting the mix-up rectified.
This treadmill/ walking pad has everything i was looking for! It's compact, easy to move, and versatile. I love that i can use it under my desk while working or alone with the bar for support. It's sturdy and smooth, it's worth every penny

It's the exact same remote that originally came with it, I didn't have to do anything to connect it. Just turn it on and set my speed.
These people are a goddamn, frustrating hot mess and I seriously hope I never have to contact them ever again.
I reached out to them after about a week of no update. They informed me I have to send them photos of the serial numbers on the machine and a picture of the display. They don’t tell you this when you order the remote. So be sure you send photos as soon as you buy the remote or you'll be waiting for a long time. The remote works fine. Customer service is lacking.
poor customer service. refused to cancel order, then sent the product, which didn't even work. Now won't give me a full refund. What a scam!!!!
Two remotes, neither work with my treadmill. It continues to sit unused, and customer service won't help with troubleshooting or send a warranty replacement. Disappointing.

I knew my remote number and ordered it. Received an email of order confirmation but nothing after that. Sent an email to customer service and they stalled for 1 other emails just asking for patient. WHAT? Then they asked for pics of my model number and error on the treadmill?? No error just lost my old remote. Well, after 2 weeks they finally sent a new remote.
I purchased a walking pad in March of 2024. It was defective and I reached out and customer service was great! I will be getting a new walking pad! Thanks again
